Cape Lodge is thrilled to announce a very special Gourmet Weekend with Guest Chef Serge Dansereau, Blue Cow Cheese & Burch Family Wines.

Serge who owns and operates Sydney’s iconic Bathers’ Pavilion has been one of the most influential Chefs encouraging the  use of fresh regional produce and ingredients in modern day Australian cuisine. His influence on new and emerging varieties of local and handmade produce is legendary.

The programme includes a Food Demonstration with Serge followed by a Cheese Masterclass with Nick Bath from the Blue Cow Cheese Company. On Saturday night a Double Act Wine Dinner will be presented by Serge Dansereau and Tony Howell matched with a selection of superb Burch Family wines.
